I am a multi-disciplinary designer committed to the creation of forward-thinking projects, fabricating refined, impactful, and inspirational works for companies and organisations. I enjoy working with clients and colleagues to create innovative and modern designs that reflect and embrace the fundamental values of their company as well as tackling complex UX issues. Constant development is key, I love learning and researching new things within design and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new tech trends and staying current with the latest designs. I also like staying active with hobbies like basketball, gym workouts and walking my dog. I love music and following sports such as F1, football, rugby, and combat sports. I'm an avid automotive enthusiast and love taking on DIY projects, particularly renovating my home. Forget about skydiving or bungee jumping. For me, true adrenaline comes from attempting to rewire my living room with no prior electrical experience.

Experience
Creative Marketing Manager – TPXimpact – Jan 2022 – May 2023
At TPXimpact I owned the creative aspect of the brand along with the Head of Brand. My job involved being actively involved in a variety of campaigns, events, and internal comms as well as introducing and enforcing the visual brand identity across a range of digital and physical assets across the many different departments at TPXimpact.
During my time in the marketing team, I upskilled the team by leading a number of workshops explaining design principles, best practices, and how to use various design software including the Adobe Suite, Figma and Canva. I created template files across all of these design software’s which allowed the team members who were otherwise unknowledgeable about design and tools, to be autonomous in the creation of digital and physical assets.
I took a key role in the design and visual identity of the business. I was actively involved in bid tenders and pitches for a range of clients in the form of video submissions, PDF’s, and slide presentations. In addition to this I designed accompanying digital assets such as infographics explaining complex theories within these submissions. I worked with and managed a variety of different freelance designers, developers, and suppliers to meet a range of deadlines and satisfy stakeholders at TPXimpact.
I designed and developed various websites and email templates across HubSpot and other mediums, using front-end development to help achieve bespoke templates that reflected the visual identity of the brand.
Full Stack Designer/Delivery – Foundry4 – Feb 2021 – Jan 2022
My time at Foundry4 was split 50% into client work and 50% into internal design support. The client work involved me working with a range of different stakeholders across a wide range of projects. Some notable mentions of clients I have worked with include Royal College of Speech and Language Therapy, in which I designed and helped develop various solutions within Salesforce CRM, bespoke WordPress websites, and an in-depth design system to aid the developers on the project. I later went on to become the delivery manager on this project and worked with a variety of stakeholders within the organisation to overcome a range of challenges, which would greatly improve the user experience of their services. I worked with the RCSLT for almost two years before I took up my full-time creative marketing manager role at TPXimpact. I also worked with Wales & West Utilities and was involved in the design and testing of mobile applications for - I later went on to create a wide range of video learning material to train the entire WWU workforce on the new systems that were designed. This was a particularly challenging client to work with, however I enjoyed delivering high quality learning material and in-depth user testing for the new platforms and collaborating with a range of different stakeholders.
My internal design support consisted of supporting various bids and submissions in the forms of video, documents, presentations and being actively involved for design support on several important projects. In addition to this I was, involved in all aspects of the business from the creation of initial pitch tenders, all the way through to working with clients; I worked closely with the senior leadership team to give insight of design practices.
Product Designer (Contract) – Foundry4 – Sep 2020 – Jan 2021
I was contracted at Foundry4 before becoming a permanent employee, I was heavily involved on the RCSLT project as already mentioned. I was also involved in the design of various software, websites, and infographics across a variety of different clients. After six months of contracting for Foundry4, I was offered a full-time position to become the only full-time design employee at the company.

Product Designer – Arthurly – Apr 2019 – Sep 2020
At Arthurly I managed and worked very closely with various developers and clients globally. I designed apps for the American fast-food market, new online infrastructure for the entire of Torfaen Leisure Trust’s leisure centres, learning platforms, various dashboards, software, and I also oversaw the start and completion of various mobile applications.
TLT was a particular fulfilling project to work on. The existing website and infrastructure was very poor and made for a terrible user experience resulting in customers cancelling their memberships. I was responsible for the design, development and hosting of the website using Webflow. In addition to this, I integrated and set up chat bots during the first COVID-19 outbreak to help take pressure off the leisure trust, language translations software for the Welsh language, and various other CRM integrations, such as Zapier to create a pleasant user experience that resulted in a happier, more satisfied customer base.
It was during my time at Arthurly where I began to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge of using agile methodologies to manage teams of developers as well as take product owners on a journey and manage stakeholder expectations.
Freelance Product Designer – May 2018 – Apr 2019
As a freelance product designer, I worked with a variety of different clients and managed lots of stakeholders and occasionally shareholder relationships. Some of my work included the design of physical assets for several small and large businesses (websites, posters, infographics, etc) and the creation and brand identity for a variety of startup companies (including logo design and brand style guides).

Education
MA Transportation Design – Awarded Distinction – University of Wales Trinity St David
Whilst studying my Masters in Transport design I saw an opportunity to explore different design disciplines and expand my knowledge in different areas of design. I had the opportunity to work with the bachelor automotive and transport design students by giving them a brief as part of their course. I engaged in 1:1 feedback sessions and was able to partake in the overall marking of the projects as a guest ‘tutor’.
BA Automotive Design – Awarded First Class Honours – University of Wales Trinity St David
Whilst studying my bachelor's degree in automotive design I worked as a team leader on live projects with Jaguar Land Rover. I and other students were tasked with creating a Jaguar for the future. I took on the role of CAD modeller and managed the overall presentation of the final piece of work. I also took on the responsibility of leading and managing the clay modellers in this project by giving them clear instruction and direction on surfacing whilst I was building the digital model.

Leadership experience
I’ve been a leader throughout various stages in my career. I’ve lead teams of developers in overseeing the completion of a project from the initial wireframe, through to the final outcome, whether this was mobile applications, software, learning solutions, etc. I have managed junior designers and have helped coach and improve their ways of working by providing constructive feedback and guidance. I’ve also taught design and design tools to teams of people who have little to no experience in design.
I always strive to make a positive impact in whatever role I’m in by upskilling, teaching, and collaborating with those around me. I love to teach and explain design so that the team I’m in, if less experienced in design, can work autonomously in their roles and have confidence doing creative tasks. I’m passionate about design and love the opportunity to work with others, learn new things and get stuck into tasks wherever I can.
