RCSLT Design System

Brand and bespoke job satisfaction platform designed for a client. This would allow users to set up their own survey stations within the premises to capture job satisfaction or any other questions specified by the admin user.

At uddr services I was responsible for the design and hosting of their new CMS platform. In addition to this I also worked on a web application improving the user experience when signing up to the platform. I worked with, and managed developers and junior designers to execute a fulfilling user experience. I also had a hand in the user testing and development of the uddr application as well as several bespoke CMS applications. I took projects from conception to completion, owning and managing the complete product cycle, and often worked with key stakeholders to fulfil user needs.

In the 2022 TPXimpact rebrand, I designed several print assets and digital assets, document templates and video intro/outro assets. In addition to this I had the role of applying the visual identity across internal and external docs for clients, external stakeholders and internal communications.

I was heavily involved in a large project at Wales & West Utilities to design and produce video and audio for a variety of training materials. The videos created involved screen capturing (which often had to be edited due to the app still being in development), custom animations which I had created myself using Adobe After Effects and audio recording to help instruct the WWU workforce on how to use the new application. I was also crucial in the testing phase of the app and worked as part of an agile team to help deliver the project.

A client project to design and build a basic 5 page website. Client wanted a modern approach with slick interactions and designed elements whilst keeping to a minimalistic theme. They also wanted to bring in some additional colours to compliment the existing brand and logo. Final product was developed and created in Webflow.

My work at Gilchrist standard involved me designing a complex management system, spanning across 4 different user types including internal and external users. I worked closely with stakeholders to carefully consider user needs and worked with them to create personas and user stories to make sure the user experience was as easy to follow as possible.

I was tasked with creating a simple, yet aesthetically pleasing and on-brand WordPress website for one of our recently acquired overseas businesses at TPXimpact. The aim was to create an on-brand website whilst we finalised the design of our main website at TPXimpact during our initial company merge launch.
